# Privacy policy

This English page is a reading aid. The German version is legally binding.

## Controller

Innopulse Consulting GmbH, Gotthardstrasse 30, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. Contact: [info@innopulse.io](mailto:info@innopulse.io).

## Principle

We process as little personal data as possible. The website works without an account, without cookies and without analytics tools.

## Verification in the browser

Evidence, keys, status lists and certificates you enter into the verification are processed exclusively in your browser. They are transmitted neither to us nor to third parties and are not stored. The page technically forbids itself network connections (Content Security Policy `connect-src 'none'`).

## No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics or advertising services and no third-party fonts or scripts. All resources are loaded from this domain.

## Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The transfer to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses. We do not analyze these logs.

## Contact by email

The contact page transmits no data to us; it opens your own email app with a prepared message to info@innopulse.io. If you write to us, we process your details to answer the request and delete them when they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

## Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you have the right of access, rectification and erasure of your personal data and the right to object to processing. Contact info@innopulse.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

## Search on the website

The search runs entirely in your browser. The search index is loaded as a file of this website; your search terms are neither transmitted nor stored.

## Links to other websites

Some pages link to third-party services such as LinkedIn, GitHub, standards bodies or the reference implementation Mandact. Only when you follow such a link does your browser connect to the respective provider; its privacy policy applies there.

## Changes and effective date

We adapt this policy when the website changes. This version applies from 13 October 2026.
