## Principles

- **Verify, don't rate.** Presented evidence is verified, not agents or vendors.
- **Free and without an account.** Permanently, with no limit other than fair use.
- **Local.** Evidence does not leave the browser. No cookies, no tracking.
- **Open.** Engine, specification and test vectors are public.
- **Honest.** “Not checked” is never reported as “valid”.
- **Versioned.** Rules only change with a new policy version.

## Relationship with the reference implementation

## Brand

The brand is KYA – Know Your Agent. The mark is the golden guilloche rosette on navy, the pattern that proves authenticity in the security printing of identity documents.
